Every request, answered by every app.
Shopify passes these requests to each app a store uses. Here’s what ours do with them.
A shopper asks for their data
We tell the store what we hold about that shopper. Usually that’s nothing at all.

We delete anything linked to them, including pickup labels waiting to print.

Shopify asks us to delete the store’s data, and we delete all of it. A nightly check catches anything older than 30 days.

Do you train AI on my store’s data?
No. AI features send catalog and brand facts to our AI providers to do the job you asked for, and the providers don’t train their models on it. Customers and orders are never sent. See AI features.
How do I delete my store’s data?
Uninstall the app. Shopify then asks us to delete your store’s data, and we do, within 30 days at most. To delete something sooner, email us.
Does this website use cookies?
No. ebazoo.com counts visits with analytics that use no cookies and don’t identify you, so there’s no cookie banner. See Cookies.
Who is responsible for my shoppers’ data?
You are, as the store. We process it for you, only to run the apps you installed. Your mobile app’s own privacy policy tells your shoppers how you use their data.
How do I report a security issue?
Email hello@ebazoo.com with “Security” in the subject. Our disclosure guidelines explain what to include.
