Terms of Service.

01The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and eBazoo Technologies (“eBazoo”, “we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship. They apply when you install or use one of our Shopify apps (Mobile App Builder, Pick List, Pickup Label and SEO 404 Redirect), the eBazoo Demo app or ebazoo.com.

By installing an app, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you accept them for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business, and “you” means the business.

Our Data Processing Agreement is part of these terms and covers the personal data we process for you. If you connect software to our apps, such as AI tools or webhooks, our API Terms also apply.

If you agree a Custom plan or a services quote with us, its terms apply alongside these. Where the two differ, the quote wins.

02Who can use our apps

Our apps are for businesses that run a Shopify store. You need to be at least 18 and able to make a binding contract. You can’t use our apps if the law forbids you from doing so.

03Your store and Shopify

You install our apps from Shopify, and you sign in through Shopify. Shopify’s own terms keep applying to your store.

• You’re responsible for who on your staff can open our apps, and for what they do in them.
• Each app asks for the Shopify permissions it needs, and you approve them when you install. Our security page explains what each app asks for, and why.
• When an app changes something in your store, such as a redirect, an order tag or “ready for pickup”, it’s because you asked it to or turned on a feature that does it.

04Plans, trials and billing

• Through Shopify. Paid plans are charged through Shopify’s billing, in US dollars, every 30 days or once a year where a yearly plan is offered. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice, and Shopify adds any taxes.
• Approve before you pay. Shopify shows you the price, any trial and any introductory discount before you approve a plan. Nothing is charged without that approval.
• Free trials apply to a store’s first paid subscription to an app. The plan page shows how long the trial is. If you cancel before it ends, you aren’t charged.
• Introductory prices show the full price and when it starts. In Mobile App Builder, we also email you seven days before the full price begins.
• Allowances. Some plans include a monthly allowance, such as orders for Pick List or pickups for Pickup Label. The app shows how much you’ve used, warns you as you get close, and may pause the feature that counts against it until the next month or until you upgrade.
• AI credits. Mobile App Builder plans include monthly AI credits. Credits used by a job that fails are given back.
• Price changes apply to new subscriptions. Shopify keeps charging the price you approved, and changing it needs your approval.
• Plans we give you. Sometimes we give a store a bigger plan for free, until a set date. When it ends, the store goes back to the plan it pays for.

Not included in any plan: Apple Developer Program and Google Play fees, which you pay to Apple and Google, services from other companies you connect, and custom work outside a quote.

05Cancelling and refunds

You can switch to an app’s Free plan or uninstall the app at any time, and Shopify stops the paid subscription. Uninstalling also starts the deletion of your store’s data, as our Privacy Policy describes.

Charges already made aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it or we agree to it, for example after a billing mistake. If you think we charged you wrongly, write to us and we’ll look into it.

06Mobile apps and the app stores

Mobile App Builder builds native iOS and Android apps of your store. For those apps:

• You’re the publisher. Your apps are published under your own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts. You accept Apple’s and Google’s terms for them, and you’re responsible for their listings, their content and their privacy policy for your shoppers.
• We help, the stores decide. We prepare your builds and guide you through review, but Apple and Google decide whether and when an app is approved. We can’t promise approval or a date.
• Your push campaigns must follow the law and Apple’s and Google’s rules. Send them only to shoppers who allowed notifications.
• If you uninstall Mobile App Builder, your published apps lose their connection to your store and stop working, so remove them from the app stores first.

07AI features

Some features use AI to design, write, translate or suggest, such as app designs in Mobile App Builder or redirect suggestions in SEO 404 Redirect.

• AI can be wrong. Review what it suggests before you use it. You’re responsible for what you publish.
• AI results are saved as drafts or suggestions. Nothing is published until you approve it, and that includes changes made through AI tools you connect to Mobile App Builder.
• Our Privacy Policy says what data AI features send, and to whom.

08Your content

Your products, images, brand, designs, templates and everything else you put into our apps stay yours. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display them only to run the apps for you, and to show your app in previews you share.

You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload, and that it doesn’t break the law. You’ll cover us for claims that come from your content, your mobile apps or your breach of these terms.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything. Thank you, though.

09Fair use

Please don’t use our apps to:

• break the law, or Shopify’s, Apple’s or Google’s rules;
• sell anything illegal, or publish content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• send spam, or notifications people didn’t agree to receive;
• reach another store’s data, or test our security without following our disclosure guidelines;
• overload our servers, get around plan limits, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer the apps.

10Our apps and our rights

The apps, their code and design, our themes and templates, and the eBazoo name and logo belong to us. While you use an app, we give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your store under these terms. The mobile apps you build are yours to publish, and the parts of our code inside them are licensed to you for as long as you use Mobile App Builder.

11Other companies’ services

Our apps work with services from other companies: Shopify, Apple, Google, and the review, marketing, payment and subscription apps you choose to connect. Their terms apply to your use of them. We’re not responsible for their services, and if one changes or stops its service, a connection to it may change or stop too.

12Support and changes to the apps

You can reach us through Help & Support in any app, at hello@ebazoo.com or in the Help Center. Your plan’s support level is shown on its plan page.

We improve our apps all the time, which means features can change. If we remove a paid feature you use, we’ll tell you in advance. Features marked “coming soon” are plans, not promises of a date.

13Disclaimers

We work hard to keep our apps running and correct, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise that they will never be interrupted or have an error, or that they’ll meet every need of your business.

Check what matters before you rely on it, such as pick lists before they go to the floor, labels before they go on a bag, and redirects before they go live.

14Limits on liability

• Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data.
• Our total liability for any claims about an app is limited to what you paid us for that app in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as for fraud.

15Suspension and ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app.

We may suspend or end your use of an app if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if Shopify ends the subscription, or if we must for legal reasons. Where we reasonably can, we’ll warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.

When your use ends, your store’s data is deleted as our Privacy Policy describes. The sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on liability, content and governing law, keep applying.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our apps and the law change. For changes that matter, we tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, you can uninstall before then.

17Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and its courts handle any dispute, unless the law where you’re based says otherwise. Before going to court, write to us: most problems are solved faster that way.
